Official ITO's Program
Valencia Ciudad del Running provides specialized assistance to travel agencies and tour operators through the Official ITO's Program, guaranteeing entries to selected tour operators to provide runners with a complete experience in Valencia for the Valencia Marathon Trinidad Alfonso Zurich 2027 (5 December 2027).
A 360º experience in Valencia
Official tour operators play an essential role in Valencia Ciudad del Running, providing value, security and guarantees to offer a complete 360º experience during runners' stay in Valencia.
Tour operators are the only channel through which runners can acquire a bib with full guarantees when bibs are sold out or when the race has closed its ballot process.
In addition, runners and companions benefit from exclusive added values when booking their travel experience through an official tour operator.
Free race-day transfer
Free transfer on race day from the hotel to the race and return to the hotel after the race, for both runners and companions. This shuttle service is available for hotels located more than 2 km from the start/finish area.
Free late check-out
Free late check-out until 4:30 pm for departures taking place on race day.
Runner-friendly breakfast
Early adapted breakfast service for runners on race day.

Important deadline dates
The application form process will remain open for travel agencies and tour operators wishing to apply to become an Official ITO for 2027.
ITOs who have applied will receive an official communication regarding their application status: confirmed or declined.
When the application is confirmed, the total number of assigned bibs will also be detailed and the contract will be delivered to complete the process.

Requirements to apply as an Official ITO 2027
The ITO must provide an official document proving its accreditation to operate as a travel agency or tour operator and confirming that it is recognized by the relevant tourism authority in its country as an active and legitimate travel company.
The ITO must demonstrate specialization in sports tourism, with a proven track record of approximately four years in the travel industry.
All ITOs must be able to commit to a minimum of 20 bibs.
ITOs are required to provide their clients with hotel accommodation offered through the organization's ITO travel services.
The ITO must demonstrate appropriate communication standards and strong marketing capabilities through its website and social media channels.
The ITO's reputation within the running industry will be a key factor when accepting or declining an application. Previous sales history with Valencia Ciudad del Running events will also be taken into account.
